Pancake day fundraiser
The Duke of Edinburgh's Award students will be hosting a fundraiser for their Adventurous Journeys. Pancakes will be for sale at lunchtime on the front lawn for students and staff to purchase. $5 - 2 pancakes with toppings $3 - 2 pancakes without toppings
Air Force Cadets Presentation
Katherine Air Force Cadets presentation to be held during Pastoral Care on Wednesday 26th February in the KHS gym. The information session will provide students with an understanding of the activities they will be involved in if they join the Cadets. This will include valuable life skills that will help young people develop qualities including leadership, self-reliance, confidence, teamwork and communication.

UCAT Registration Due

Whole School Parent Teacher Night
An informal Parent Teacher Night will be held on Wednesday 4th March, 2020 between 5.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. in the School Gym with light refreshments provided. If you would like to have a formal interview at this function to discuss your student’s progress please email your child’s teacher/s to organise a suitable time for them to meet with you on the night.
NTCET Information Night
An NTCET information session will be held for all Senior Years students (10-12) at the upcoming Parent- Teacher Meet and Greet held on Wednesday March 4th at 5:30 pm. All parents and students are encouraged to attend.

VET Information Session
On March 5th from 8.30-10.30 am we will be holding a VET in Secondary Schools Information Session here at school in the new training café. All students, parents and caregivers are invited to attend. Trainers will be available to talk to students about the courses and which industries they apply. I am looking forward to a busy, productive year in VET. Indigenous Australians Health Expo
Indigenous Allied Health Australia (IAHA) will be hosting a Health Careers Expo for a select group students in Years 7 to 12. The following topics will be delivered through interactive activities: Exercise Science; Physiotherapy; Psychology; Nursing; Paramedicine/Nursing and Medicine.
